The short version

Everything on one page.

Taradula gives your court a full booking system — website listing, public booking link, live calendar, payment tracking and player records. You pay nothing to set it up and nothing every month. Taradula earns a flat ₱15 only when a player books you online, and that ₱15 is added on top of your court rate, so the player covers it.

What you get — free

  • Listed on taradula.com, found by players searching your area
  • Your own booking link — taradula.com/yourcourt
  • Live calendar for all your courts, on phone or laptop
  • Unlimited walk-ins and manual bookings — ₱0 forever
  • Block slots for maintenance, events, or private hire
  • QR code + printable time-slot poster for your gate
  • Player records, repeat bookers and payment history
  • We set the whole thing up and train your staff

What it costs

₱15 per online booking
  • Flat — never a percentage of your rate
  • Once per booking — a 5-hour booking is still ₱15
  • Paid by the player, added on top of your rate
  • Only when it's approved — a no-show costs you nothing
  • No monthly subscription
  • No setup or onboarding fee
  • No fee on walk-ins or blocked slots
  • No lock-in — leave any time
Your money never passes through us. Players send payment straight to your own GCash account and upload the proof. You approve it. Taradula never holds, routes, or delays a single peso of your takings — we simply invoice you the ₱15 fees once a week.
1 · The website

Where players find you.

Players open taradula.com, pick their sport, the day, the hour and their area — and see every court open at that moment. Not just the famous ones. Your courts appear beside everyone else's the day you go live.

🏓

Search by the hour

"Pickleball, tonight, 8 PM, near me." Every open court shows — including yours.

🔎

Google finds you too

Taradula runs city pages like Pickleball Courts in Cebu City that carry your listing.

👥

495 players already

2 · Your booking link

Your own booking page.

You get a link of your own — taradula.com/your-court — to post on your Facebook page, put in your bio, print on a tarpaulin, or turn into a QR code at the gate. It shows your live availability, updated the second a slot is taken.

  • Always current. Every booking, walk-in and block updates the page instantly — no more "sorry, that slot just got taken."
  • Per-sport pricing. Pickleball at one rate, basketball or tennis at another, on the same courts.
  • Your rules. Opening hours, how far ahead players can book, how many courts they may take at once.
  • Nothing to install. Players just open the link — no app download, no account needed to look.

Replaces the notebook and the group chat

No more copying names between a Messenger thread and a logbook, and no more double-booking because two people were writing at once. The page and your calendar are the same live data.

3 · The player's side

How a player books.

About a minute on their phone, any time of day — including 11 PM when nobody is answering your Messenger. The whole journey, step by step:

Step 1 of 5 — Search by time and area: set your sport, date and time, then tap Find courts
Step 2 of 5 — Pick your venue and court: check the open times, then tap your court
Step 3 of 5 — Send payment and upload proof: send the exact amount, then tap Upload proof
Step 4 of 5 — Sit tight for owner approval: we notify the player the moment it's confirmed
Step 5 of 5 — Show up with the entry pass: show the name and code at the counter
The 60-minute hold protects you. A slot is only held for an hour without payment proof. If nothing arrives, it goes back on sale by itself — so nobody can lock up your Friday night for free.
4 · Your side

Your calendar. One screen for the whole operation.

Every court, every hour, online bookings and walk-ins side by side. Open it on your phone at the counter or on a laptop at home.

↔️

Drag to reschedule

A player wants to move from 7 PM to 9 PM? Drag the booking. They get notified automatically.

👟

Add walk-ins in 2 taps

Someone shows up at the gate — tap the empty slot, type a name, done. Always free.

🚧

Block what you need

Maintenance, a tournament, a private booking — block one court or the whole place.

The rest of the toolkit

  • Know your peak. The dashboard tells you which slot sells out first — price it accordingly.
  • See your regulars. Every player who has booked you, how often, and what they've spent.
  • Recurring bookings. Set a weekly group once and it repeats itself.

  • Staff accounts. Front desk gets their own login with limited powers — walk-ins without seeing your finances.
  • Store credit. Rained out? Issue a credit the player can spend at your court next time.
  • Bookings & payments report. Every online booking, its status, and a CSV export whenever you want it.

What it costs.

Setup & monthly
₱0

No setup fee, no subscription, no minimum. Use the calendar for walk-ins only and pay nothing, forever.

Per online booking
₱15

Flat. Added on top of your rate, so the player pays it. Charged once per booking, however many hours it runs.

A worked example — one 2-hour booking at ₱350/hr

Your court rate (₱350 × 2 hrs)₱700
Taradula fee (flat, once)₱15
Player sends to your GCash₱715
You keep₱700 — your full rate

Why flat beats a percentage

BookingTaradula — flat ₱15A 5% platformYou save
1 hour · ₱300₱15₱15
2 hours · ₱700₱15₱35₱20
3 hours · ₱1,050₱15₱53₱38
Whole court, 5 hrs · ₱1,750₱15₱88₱73

The 5% column is an illustration of how percentage-based pricing behaves, not a quote from any named competitor. The point is simple: a percentage grows with your price and your hours — ₱15 never does.

And you can absorb it instead. If you'd rather advertise a clean "₱350 per hour, nothing added," flip one switch and the ₱15 comes out of your side instead of the player's. Your call, changeable any time.
5 · The commercials

Where the money goes.

This is the part most owners ask about first, so here it is plainly: Taradula never touches your money. There is no wallet to top up, no payout to wait for, no platform holding your weekend takings.

Taradula invoices weekly

₱15 × approved bookings, paid by GCash

How the invoice works

  • One invoice a week, Monday to Sunday.
  • It lists every approved online booking and the ₱15 on each — you can check it line by line against your own calendar.
  • Cancelled, rejected, expired and unpaid bookings are never billed.
  • Walk-ins and blocked slots are never billed.
  • You settle it by GCash, quoting the invoice number.

What that looks like in practice

10 online bookings₱150
25 online bookings₱375
50 online bookings₱750
Any number of walk-ins₱0

A quiet week costs you nothing. If no one books online, there is no invoice — the calendar, the booking page and the walk-in system keep running free.

At one Cebu venue on Taradula, 73% of this week's bookings arrived online, without anyone answering a Messenger thread. That is the number worth aiming at.
Getting started

Live the same day.

1

You say yes

A call or a message is enough. Nothing to sign up for online.

2

We build it for you

Courts, sports, rates, opening hours, photos, your GCash details — we enter all of it. About 15 minutes on a call.

3

You get your link + QR

Post it on Facebook, print the QR for the gate. You're taking bookings that evening.

4

We train your staff

Walk-ins, approving payments, blocking slots. If anything breaks, you message us directly.

Straight answers

Questions owners actually ask.

Do I have to change my GCash?

No. Players pay the account you already use. We only need the number and name to show them.

What if a player books and never pays?

The slot is released automatically after 60 minutes and goes back on sale. You are never billed for it.

Can I still take walk-ins and cash?

Yes, and they're free. Most venues on Taradula run both — the calendar keeps them from colliding.

Do players need to download an app?

No. It opens in any browser. They can add it to their home screen if they want.

What if I want to leave?

Tell us and we unlist you. There is no contract, no notice period, and no exit fee.

Can I hide my courts from public search?

Yes. You can run Taradula purely as a private booking link for your own members, and still pay nothing monthly.

Can two staff use it at once?

Yes. Give the front desk their own login with limited access — they can add walk-ins without seeing revenue.

What about different sports on the same court?

Handled. Set a separate rate per sport, and mark which sports use the whole space so it blocks correctly.

Can I run open play / unli sessions?

Yes — capacity-based sessions where many players share a court, with their own price and cap.

Who do I call when something's wrong?

A real person in Cebu, not a ticket queue. Send the form below and you'll have a direct line from day one.

Still running on Messenger and a notebook?

That works right up until two people ask for the same 8 PM slot, or until someone messages at midnight and books somewhere else by morning. Taradula answers for you at 2 AM, keeps one version of the truth, and costs nothing until it actually brings you a booking.
